I want you to feel truly happy with your new artwork, and I take great care to ensure a smooth experience. If any issues arise, I'm here to help.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage so that I can file an insurance claim. You may choose a replacement piece or receive a refund (minus shipping charges).

Returns & Exchanges

If you are simply not satisfied with your painting, you may return it within 14 business days. To ensure safe transit, please package the painting exactly as it was received (you may reuse the original packaging). Return shipping costs, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility.

Once the painting arrives in perfect condition, I can issue a refund (minus shipping charges) or help you choose a new piece of equal or lesser value.

If you'd like to preview how a painting might look in your space before purchasing, feel free to send me a straight-on photo of your wall along with its measurements—I’d be happy to provide a digital mock-up.

Custom Commissions

Because commissioned artworks are uniquely tailored to you, all sales of commissions are final. Throughout the creation process, you’ll have multiple opportunities to request adjustments and ensure your vision is realized.
